How I think
Qualitative: Why/How/What happened.
Quantitative: How many/How much/How often.
Then: what matters, what to do, and when to move.
Operating questions
These keep the work honest and the outcomes measurable.

- Who matters here—and why?
- How does a shift change the outcome?
- If nothing changes, what does that cost?
- When does action need to happen?
- Where does this take everyone involved?
